I have been asked to remove ALL of the professors' contact information. Much of this wiki is OLD information from later years. The program has changed drastically and you should have another place to search for information by now.

I will second what Kathy said above. I do not think you can make it through this program without having a network to help each other. Whether it is bouncing ideas, seeing different perspectives of how to do the same task, or more importantly, drawing from each person's strengths as educators is vital for your success. Like Kathy said.......I have friends for life from this 18 month program. I enjoyed this so much that I will probably go on to get my doctorate in this field.....(after a short break). You guys will not be put in the situation that we were in (cohorts 1-3)......we did 18 months of Internship in 5 Weeks! It made Research and Web Design look like a walk in the park. That's ok......because we made it and I am proud of my (our cohorts) accomplishments.
Please feel free to contact me anytime regarding the courses or eportfolio. I will feel honored to help anyone. Good luck and enjoy the journey!

Michelle Barber - Cohort 2
Just as Glen and Kathy have said above. Make connections even if you are not in the same discussion group or section. Valuable information can be gained and great friendships! Yes out experience was very challenging but it was a great honor to watch the development and see how the program has changed and become better. Good luck with your degree. Hope we all could help.

The most daunting part of the class was getting the APA formatting right. Previous IA's had not been strict on our formatting so it was a big surprise to all of us. However, Sarah, our IA was very helpful in her critiques and eventually it became second nature.

The internship class is quite involved and can seem daunting; however, you have the tools to be successful. Attend or view the web conferences, ask questions, email, develop study groups and support systems within your cohort as well as others. I would not have been quite as successful had I not had the support and collaboration from my colleagues. Begin early, work through everything as early in the week as possible, keep positive, and built relationships! ¡Felicidades!

Tammy Brown Cohort 10
I finished this course in June of 2011. We were the last cohort that only required 50 hours of internship, but since we still had to cover all of the performance indicators, most of us had well over 100 hours by the end. My end score in the class was 960/1000.
